Bellin Psychiatric Center / Bellin Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin is currently recruiting an outpatient child/adolescent board certified psychiatrist to join our team. Our recruitment is due to growth and the need to meet patient demand. For more than 30 years, Bellin Psychiatric Center has been the premier provider of behavioral health and substance-use services in Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is the only private, not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and substance-use disorder services psychiatric hospital in the community. Our freestanding hospital is an 80-bed facility that provides services for children, adolescents and adults.

In addition, we provide the following comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, all of which are certified by the State of Wisconsin, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and accredited by Det Norske Veritas (DNV):

Outpatient Services, which include: Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults Suboxone/Vivitrol program Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Services Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Services Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) Psychiatric Care (Geriatric, Adult, Adolescent and Child) Consultative Expert Services Advance Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Neuropsychological and Psychological Testing Services Individual, substance use, family, marital, and child therapy services

Large Psychiatry Division within Bellin Health System 200+ Employees within the Department Teaching opportunities ~ Psychiatric Residency Program Monday-Friday Outpatient Practice Great call rotation Approximately 1 night per week (call from home) Weekend call coverage with hospital rounding; approximately 1:6 EMR Epic Competitive Compensation Model: Base Compensation Productivity Bonus Potential Quality Bonus Compensation Guarantee for up to 2 years CME (Continuing Medical Education) $5,000 each fiscal year CTO (Contracted Time Off) 240 hours per fiscal year Up to $12,000 relocation assistance Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K and 457B Retirement Plans Professional Liability Insurance provided by Bellin Health
