Responsibilities: Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls. Be open to learning new skills daily. Manage invoicing processes. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Write project estimates with knowledge of construction. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Provide administrative support to staff members as needed. Assist with project coordination and tracking. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records. Create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using computer skills. Use phone systems to make and receive calls. Qualifications: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with confidentiality maintained. Experience in construction management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Construction company experience (minimum 1 year). Customer service experience (preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading and speaking) - this is a MUST. Additional Details: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Supplemental pay: Bonus opportunities Location: San Jose, CA 95125 (reliable commute or relocation required)
