Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Plastic Extrusion Operator to set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machinery for plastic production. The role involves ensuring production quality, troubleshooting machine issues, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic extrusion processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Set up and operate extrusion machines. - Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. - Maintain accurate production logs and reports. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements: - Previous experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents. - Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control.
Work Environment: - Manufacturing floor with exposure to machinery and industrial settings.
