Job Summary We seek a highly motivated and quality-minded professional to join our team as a Polyworks Programmer/Inspector. This role involves interpreting technical data from CAD models, drawings, and standards, then programming and using CMMs/Scanners to verify conformance to specifications. Job Responsibilities Utilize Polyworks to program CMM Scanners for measuring complex aerospace components, validating engineering and customer specifications. Interpret technical documentation such as blueprints and engineering specifications. Generate Polyworks programs from CAD models. Develop and maintain Polyworks programs. Perform 1st article, in-process, and final inspections. Manage production, programming, and quality documentation. Create standard operating instructions for Polyworks programs. Provide Polyworks training to team members. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and customers to resolve issues. Work independently with minimal supervision and interact effectively with team members. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company policies and regulations. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience programming with Polyworks. Ability to perform work under ITAR/EAR regulations. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Reliable attendance is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GKN processes. Knowledge of fit techniques and PC DMIS programming is a plus. Ability to read GD&T, drawings, and technical specifications. Ability to manage multiple projects and work overtime as needed.
