As a Graphic Designer/Editor, you will be the driving force behind innovative visual concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative solutions. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing a diverse range of design projects, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. What Youll Do: Spearhead the creative development and implementation of visual design projects for multiple platforms. Collaborate closely with project managers and producers, providing direction to external vendors and production artists. Partner with Creative Resources to navigate production, selecting the best vendors for each project. Utilize your proactive and independent creative spirit to adapt to an ever-evolving landscape, delivering exceptional results on time, even in ambiguous situations.

Must-Haves: 5+ years of overall design experience with a focus on leading creative projects, design or advertising campaigns. Advanced design skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of design process and trends in digital and print mediums. Proficiency in design fundamentals, including motion, typography, 3D, digital/interactive, print, video/animation, and illustration. A design portfolio or work samples showcasing your skills and experience.

Nice-to-Haves: A strong visual design background with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. A passion for crafting thoughtful, relevant, accurate, clear, and inspiring work. Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema4D). A background in visual design systems.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.97 to $46.64 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
