Senior SoC HW (Analog/Functional) Validation Engineer
to join the post-silicon validation team. This team focuses on functional, electrical, and power/performance aspects of custom silicon development for various systems. Responsibilities
Own post-silicon validation of areas such as IO electrical/analog and functional IO interfaces. Define and contribute to silicon debug tools and capabilities. Become an expert in high-speed IO interfaces (e.g., PCI, CXL), including their architecture, implementation, and interaction with other SoC components, platform, and software. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers. Develop validation strategies, requirements, environments, tools, and methodologies, including debug hardware/software requirements. Write and execute test plans, scripts, and collateral using validation principles and techniques. Execute tests in post-silicon environments, triage, and debug failures. Collaborate with partners to improve validation plans and methodologies, aiming to detect bugs earlier and more reliably. Contribute to pre-silicon verification planning, testing, and debugging.
