role in the DC metro area. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with teams across the business to support government clients. The successful applicant will assist in analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and support of SharePoint solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their skillset, work with a motivated team, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to CGS's capabilities while serving clients. As a SharePoint Developer, you will: Work with project managers and client POCs to identify requirements; design, develop, and implement SharePoint changes to improve user navigation and site functionality. Support SharePoint administration, management, and enhancements, including user access, site development, troubleshooting, and usage monitoring. Design, develop, test, deploy, and document SharePoint/Web solutions using both out-of-the-box and customized functionalities. Analyze and resolve performance, data, software, server, and usage issues using project management and consulting skills. Collaborate with client POCs to automate workflows and improve business processes, ensuring proper implementation to meet security and functional needs. Create sites, templates, workflows, lists, and libraries supporting client initiatives. Develop and deliver training, communications, and tutorials on SharePoint functionalities, procedures, standards, and best practices. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint design and development. Experience in requirements gathering and client interaction. Knowledge of web application security standards and browser compatibility issues. Expertise in user-centric software design focusing on usability. Experience with SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI. Support experience migrating SharePoint 2010 to newer versions. Nice to have skills/Qualifications: Microsoft SharePoint certifications, web development experience with ASP.Net, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, and Reporting Services. Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server. Experience creating third-party authentication for external portals. Experience migrating forms to Power Apps.
