Base pay range

Company Overview Currently partnered with a large specialist mechanical contractor, operating across the Midwest working on medium-large scale industrial and commercial construction projects. They're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for their team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all Mechanical scope of work on the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Develop and manage project schedules and budgets Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that MEP work is integrated seamlessly with other disciplines Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptly Provide regular progress reports to senior management Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in Mechanical construction for large-scale projects Experience working on projects over $10M in value Strong knowledge of Plumbing/piping systems, HVAC and construction practices Experience working on Industrial & Commercial facilities Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with project management software and tools Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Seniority level
