Description: • We are seeking a Principal Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. • This role focuses on creating scalable, innovative platforms to manage and enhance customer interactions effectively. • The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Responsibilities: • Architect and develop robust, scalable fullstack applications. • Design and implement event-driven, serverless architectures using cloud services. • Optimize data models and APIs for managing large-scale customer interactions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Lead technical initiatives and provide mentorship to junior engineers. • Promote engineering best practices and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
Required Skills: • Extensive experience (8+ years) in fullstack web development with modern programming languages and frameworks. • Expertise in serverless architectures and cloud platforms. • Proven experience designing and developing large-scale CRM systems. • Strong proficiency in NoSQL databases and API design. • Exceptional technical leadership and cross-team collaboration skills. • Commitment to mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Desired Skills: • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and advanced data modeling techniques. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to integrate user-centric design principles into technical solutions.
Compensation: Pay Range: $161000K-230000K
