You will play a critical role in territory planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, while partnering closely with leaders across sales, marketing, revenue operations, and engineering. Accountabilities: Own and drive strategic operations initiatives including territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline support. Design and implement robust data models, KPI frameworks, and dashboards that provide clear business insights. Develop and maintain high-quality SQL and dbt models consistent with business logic. Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics for Sales and Marketing aligned with leadership priorities. Conduct advanced analytics that directly inform executive decision-making. Build strong relationships with teams across revenue operations, sales, marketing, and engineering. Mentor junior analysts and support team growth through hiring and onboarding contributions.
