Key job responsibilities • Lead the strategy and delivery of key initiatives that shape the future of Amazon's devices and the operating systems on which those devices are built • Engage directly with customers, both internal and external, to validate market research, deeply understand customer feedback, and create a data-driven story to inform our product decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, set goals, and deliver high-impact outcomes and improvements for our customers • Work closely with engineering teams and customers to define a vision, prioritize features, author requirements, and clarify development for delivering our core system stack capabilities across all our supported OS products • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements documents and user stories • Ensure successful implementation of OS products and make hard, but rationalized trade-off decisions by working closely with device program and partner teams throughout the development process • Identify operational constraints in our build, bring-up, and deployment processes and develop solutions that accelerate our time to market or increase our ability to scale • Communicate product plans, milestones, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders • Triage customer feedback, issues, and take ownership of high impact product escalations • Mentor and guide other product managers on the team Basic Qualifications 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Embedded systems experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
