You will manage a team delivering software to meet customer and business needs. Responsibilities include owning software segments, ensuring quality, and fostering team growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders, understand customer requirements, and guide technical decisions. You may partner with hardware teams and ensure the team’s work aligns with organizational goals. You will oversee daily software development, adopt optimal methodologies like Scrum, prioritize tasks, resolve blockers, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. You will review technical designs, balance trade-offs, and ensure maintainability and scalability of software products. Key Responsibilities:
Manage platform and BSP development BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of professional software development experience 2+ years in system design or architecture Proficiency in at least one programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
