The Principal Product Manager for Oracle Dedicated Cloud will drive the technical product roadmap for our core infrastructure services of the Dedicated Cloud Portfolio. This includes managing key stakeholder relationships with our internal engineering service teams to establish product release goals and documenting key deliverables with excellent communication skills. This role requires both technical and product knowledge, as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources and will need to determine the appropriate path forward. It also requires understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills, you will help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership. A successful candidate will have a passion for technical product management, with strong experience defining roadmaps, launching products, prioritizing requirements, and managing the cloud services lifecycle. It is equally important to have a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal and external product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication. This requires: Driving large-scale change across multiple Oracle organizations. Writing product strategy as an input to product design across core infrastructure domains. Identifying, defining, and optimizing technical cloud services. Representing the product roadmap and strategy to customers. Proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects. Creating content to help enable customer success. Managing complex technology projects as a collaborative leader, with the ability to define requirements and key metrics. Having a passion for product management and strong experience with developing service offerings related to Core Cloud Infrastructure Services. Qualifications Disclaimer:

US: Hiring Range in USD from $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Establish and execute against core KPIs, ensuring alignment with product growth and customer success metrics. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to drive execution on complex, cross-team initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant hands-on product management experience within cloud or enterprise software. Proven expertise in product management. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven track record of shipping new products in an agile environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related subject area.
