Over three years of relevant legal experience. Strong experience in asset management M&A, with a focus on GP stakes transactions preferred. Proactive approach with strong business acumen and communication skills. Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Massachusetts. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Bar admission in the resident office's location. Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex transactions independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
