The Home Depot Position Purpose The Pro Experience Analyst will serve as a key role supporting the Home Depot Pro strategic growth initiatives. As part of the Pro Experience team, the Pro Experience Analyst will be responsible for owning individual projects and team initiatives that involve conducting research, using independent judgement, identifying potential opportunities for growth, providing and analyzing quality data, testing, learning, refining recommendations, and effectively communicating and presenting within project timelines. This role will work in a cross-functional environment supporting respective workstreams and leadership to meet business priorities. This role will be assigned one of the following shifts: 8am-4pm EST, 10am-6pm EST, or 12pm-8pm EST. Key Responsibilities
30% Business Acumen
- Subject matter expert for the initiative; learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and requirements associated with projects. 30% Data Analysis
- Identify, research, and measure the effectiveness of programs; develop and execute enhancement strategies based on performance and feedback; troubleshoot operational needs; use independent judgement for recommendations. 15% Effective Communication
- Create clear and accurate documents and presentations; present to various stakeholders. 25% Project Management
- Own initiative projects and reporting; prioritize tasks; coordinate teams and external agencies supporting initiatives. Direct Manager/Reports Typically reports to a Manager or Sr. Manager. No direct reports. Travel Requirements Overnight travel 5-20% of the time. Physical Requirements Sitting most of the time; occasional light lifting or movement. Working Conditions Indoor, comfortable environment; infrequent unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18+ years old. Legally permitted to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, PowerPoint, and analytical software (SPSS, SAS, R, Stata). Effective collaboration, project management, and communication skills. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Minimum Experience 3 years of relevant work experience.
