Description: We are seeking a Process/System Engineer 4 to join the "System Engineering as a Service" team. This team performs a broad range of System Engineering activities at the organizational level, developing best practices and common threads across multiple projects. The SE4 will collaborate with a team of System Engineers to support process engineering activities, including triaging customer requirements, requirements mapping, maintaining schedules and roadmaps, participating in planning, compliance, transitioning & decommissioning processes, interfacing with stakeholders, and supporting Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk. The team uses the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); candidates should be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, be self-starters, and have a thorough understanding of enterprise architecture. Experience with MS Project, Atlassian tools, and Agile certification is required or preferred.
Required Qualifications: TS/SCI Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 10 years of systems engineering experience, OR High School Diploma or GED plus 14 years of systems engineering experience, OR Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 8 years of experience, OR PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 8 years of experience.
*Note 1: Qualified engineering fields include Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management. *Note 2: Related disciplines include Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics.
