Our client, a leading nutraceutical manufacturer, is seeking a

creative and hands-on R&D Beverage Scientist

to drive the development of innovative ready-to-drink (RTD) wellness beverages. This role is ideal for someone with a strong science background and a passion for turning ideas into shelf-ready products. Key Duties: Create and refine functional RTD beverage formulas Lead bench trials and assist in scaling up to full production Solve formulation and processing challenges Work with suppliers to explore new ingredients and technologies Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate product labeling Present product ideas to internal teams and clients Stay current on industry trends and innovation Requirements: Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field 5+ years’ experience in RTD beverage development Strong knowledge of flavor systems, shelf-life, and sensory testing Experience with scaling, labeling, and compliance Excellent communicator with technical proficiency Why Join?
