POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To gain exposure to US manufacturing processes as an Assistant Software Engineer through a one-year internship program.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a current college student enrolled in the Electronic Engineering field Fluent in English communication required Proficient in Microsoft Office required Familiar with VB.NET and SQL syntax in MySQL required Familiar with web development, and other programming language preferred Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update troubleshooting log Support IT department with program troubleshooting Project requirement collection Project SOP and development documentation Develop project sub-function WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

Goals for each quarter:
Learn existing project procedures, complete installation guide and SOP document. Learn basic program and database skills. Use troubleshooting log to resolve similar project issues. Complete project sub-functions development and field test. Project requirement collection and development documentation. Using skills learned to develop a database application or web function with full maintenance documentation.
