In the role of
Sr. Process Leader – Process Control
working in
Golden, CO
you will be part of the
Asset Care team
in our
Rocky Mountain Metal Company plant (RMMC).
You will lead, coach and motivate a 24-hour operational team in Process Control with limited to no managerial support on off-shifts to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system.
This position reports to
Manager Engineering and Tech Services-RMMC .
What You’ll Be Brewing
Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations Leverage World Class Supply Chain principles and best work practices which contribute to world class standards of operation through monitoring and evaluating key metrics to continuously improve performance. Build and develop a team of technicians in the areas of technical and leadership capability. Develop team members to lead and manage and make sound decisions in all performance aspects of can making operations. Lead and provide local strategy for all environmental compliance and sustainability processes within the Plant. Serves as champion for Environmental Management best practice area. Design, plan, and perform engineering duties in the prevention, control, and abatement of environmental liabilities and concerns, utilizing various engineering disciplines. Collaborate with government agencies and organizations to support water conservation and carbon reduction initiatives.

You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow You exhibit our core values
