Sr. Process Leader – Process Control
working in
Golden, CO , you will be part of the
Asset Care team
at our
Rocky Mountain Metal Company plant (RMMC) . You will lead, coach, and motivate a 24-hour operational team in Process Control with limited to no managerial support on off-shifts to ensure high-quality products are produced safely and cost-effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of processes or systems. This position reports to
Manager Engineering and Tech Services-RMMC . What You’ll Be Brewing: Lead a talented team, supporting their growth through career discussions and one-on-one conversations. Apply World Class Supply Chain principles and best practices to monitor and evaluate key metrics for continuous performance improvement. Build and develop a team of technicians with technical and leadership skills, enabling them to lead and manage can making operations effectively. Lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives within the plant, serving as a champion for Environmental Management best practices. Design, plan, and perform engineering duties related to environmental liabilities and concerns, utilizing various engineering disciplines. Collaborate with government agencies to support water conservation and carbon reduction initiatives. Key Ingredients: You are an authentic leader who values and respects differences, believing that everyone’s unique perspectives are key to collaboration and a winning team culture. You have at least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or chemical processing. Broad training in a related field, usually acquired through college education or work experience in can or end-making processes. Skilled in using data to drive actions, identify trends, and recognize opportunities for process improvements. Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and approaches. You love challenges and complete complex projects efficiently, understanding business priorities. You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes. You take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments. You have a thirst for learning and help others grow. You embody our core values. Pay and Benefits: We are committed to fair and equitable pay.
Salary Range:
$93,800 - $123,200 plus 15% target short-term incentive, and an average of $23,000 spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, and paid time off. Note: The salary range is a good-faith estimate at posting time. Actual pay depends on various factors including location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
