We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support injection and assembly operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. These are
direct hire
roles with competitive pay, shift flexibility, and strong long-term growth.
Pay & Schedule Summary
Starting Pay:
$35.77/hr
After 3 Months:
$36.49/hr
After 1 Year:
$37.20/hr
Shift Differential:
+$1/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am
Must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts if needed
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
5+ years of experience maintaining large production equipment
Proven troubleshooting skills with injection molding machinery
Familiarity with ABB robots; FANUC experience preferred
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Solid computer and documentation skills
What You Will Do
Conduct predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding and auxiliary equipment
Minimize unscheduled downtime through fast, effective repairs
Maintain and update maintenance documentation and spare part inventories
Support equipment setup, tuning, and improvements
Follow safety procedures and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement efforts
Train and support other technicians #INDPRO
