Position Summary
The Division of Career and Technical Education of Victoria College is hiring a full-time Process Technology instructor to begin September 2025. Instructor is responsible for providing instruction to students in a meaningful classroom and laboratory learning environment that will prepare students to become operators in the Petro-chemical industry.
Starting earned monthly salary is $5043.78. This position is benefits eligible.

Duties & Responsibilities Regular faculty members help students achieve learning outcomes by teaching assigned classes in accordance with established guidelines and policies and participate in advising and committee assignments, other academic and institutional support activities, and supervisory responsibilities as assigned. Responsible for providing instruction to students in a meaningful classroom and laboratory learning environment that will prepare students to become operators in the Petro-chemical industry. Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of five years hands-on experience in chemical process operations A minimum of an associate's degree in related field from an accredited college. Experience with, or willingness to learn, multimedia presentation, ITV course delivery, and online course development and teaching. Preferred:
A Bachelor's degree in related field Teaching experience Administrative and leadership skills and computer literacy Physical Demands

The following benefits apply to all full-time positions scheduled to work
30 hours or more
each week. These full-time positions are also eligible to participate in our TRS retirement plan.

Effective 90 days after start date
Full-time employees: 80 hours up to 10 years of service then 120 hours for 10+ years of service

Note: Applicants who travel over 200 miles round trip will be reimbursed up to $500 for travel expenses according to the travel reimbursement procedure. However, applicants who decline employment offers will not be reimbursed. Travel reimbursements are not processed until after all interviews have concluded and an offer of employment has been extended to and accepted by the candidate selected for hire.
