Key Responsibilities:
Focus Area: Drive innovative, safe and sustainable product design. Focus Area: Develop products and processes to support the execution of commercial strategies as part of the design team. Focus Area: Mentor, train and or coach colleagues. Focus Area: Identify and ensure compliance to applicable standards, specifications and regulations. Focus Area: Review of design, structural integrity and manufacturability of products. Focus Area: Generate 3D models and manufacturing drawings as required. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
7+ years progressive product design experience Heavy industry experience is preferred Engineering Degree is required Creative aptitude in the product design field is required.
