Litigation Associate
We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a mid-level attorney to join their product liability and class action litigation practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in product liability matters.
Responsibilities:
Support a dynamic litigation team focused on product liability, mass torts, and class action defense. Manage case files, conduct legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses. Participate in strategy development, client communications, and court proceedings. Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build strong defenses.
Qualifications:
2-6 years of litigation experience required; product liability or class action experience preferred. JD from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials Licensed to practice in Georgia Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. $285,000 - $345,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
