Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Panel Door Sander/Puttier to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:15 PM ; Friday & Saturday OT required as needed
Salary Grade B
$18.50 - $20.90
Job Summary:
The Panel Door Sander/Puttier is responsible for performing basic processes in the fabrication of panel doors.
Job Duties: Applies putty, wood putty, or lacquer sticks to panel door surface to fill imperfections. Smooths and sands panel door surface for finishing. Inspects surface of product for defects such as holes, cracks and indentations using product specifications. Determines type of sanding equipment and sand paper grit to be used on panel door according to product, wood specie, finish, specifications and door style. Determines proper putty to use per wood specie. Follows safety procedures and maintains work as well as equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
