Job Description:

NOTE: CLIENT need insurance experience and will need experience in Change Management - specifically in Azure

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a change management role 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration 2+ years of change management or release management experience in a development environment Experience managing relationships with MSPs or other IT service providers Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and service management Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, ARM (Azure Resource Manager) Experience with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CIS Controls v8 frameworks, including the ability to integrate compliance requirements into change management processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
