Pay:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-6:00PM (May work additional overtime on Fridays)

Production Line Operators
for a growing food manufacturing company in Ripon, WI. This position plays a key role in keeping production moving by working directly on the manufacturing line to ensure consistent quality and output.We're looking for dependable individuals with prior manufacturing experience who take pride in their work and are committed to showing up on time and contributing to a team. Job Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment as directed on the production line Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors Load materials and supplies as needed to keep the line running Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and food handling procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong work ethic with a track record of good attendance Ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods Able to lift up to 30 lbs Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Apply today to take the next step in your career!
