Pulp Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift - $19/hr - Reynoldsburg, OH
Temporary Opportunity
A manufacturing facility in the Reynoldsburg, OH area is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Pulp Operator to support day-to-day production. This is a temporary, full-time position offering $19/hour with 1st and 2nd shift availability.
Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
• Convert raw materials into finished goods following production specifications
• Monitor product quality during and after processing
• Complete production and process-related documentation accurately
• Manage material usage efficiently to minimize waste
• Perform basic machine maintenance and tool changeovers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with 5S principles
• Support safety and quality initiatives across production operations
• Participate in cross-training efforts within the production team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
