Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Production Associate
Job Summary:
Stride Staffing has partnered with a leading global company renowned for its innovative solutions and leading supplier of Reusable Packaging Containers.
We are looking for reliable, hard-working Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in keeping our supply chain moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect pallets for quality and damage
- Sort pallets by size and condition
- Repair damaged pallets using hand tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals and quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (hot/cold, noisy, dusty)
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Forklift experience (not required but a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must
