Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing third-party logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations vendors.
- 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
- Experience in planning, business case development, team management, project, budget, or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing vendor and outsourced providers.
- 10 years of experience in scaled and supplier operations and project management.
- 10 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
- Knowledge of SQL, Analytics, and Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate across teams. Your projects often span multiple offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring coordination and clear updates.
As an Area Manager, Logistics Operations, you will oversee day-to-day logistics across multiple warehouse and data center locations, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners responsible for hardware deliveries and installations. Your responsibilities include comprehensive 3PL partner management, account oversight, spend controls, quarterly reviews, escalations, and owning KPIs to drive performance. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs, ensure safety, and achieve On-Time Installation (OTI) of cloud machine capacity.

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $162,000-$240,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details for your preferred location will be shared during the hiring process.
Note: Listed compensation reflects base salary only; bonuses, equity, and benefits are additional.
Responsibilities
- Manage third-party logistics partner teams, including account management, spend controls, quarterly reviews, metrics, and escalation management.
- Oversee daily logistics operations at multiple warehouse or data center sites, applying industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and maintain safety.
- Monitor KPIs, vendor performance scorecards, and develop business cases for logistics improvements.
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives focused on achieving On-Time Installation of new cloud capacity.
