Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university (Preferred) - Valid California Administrative Services Credential - Minimum of five (5) years of successful leadership experience in early childhood education, family engagement, or related fields - Experience supervising staff, managing multi-source funding, and overseeing compliance for federally and state-funded programs
