Power your future with Qualus as a Senior Cost Analyst in our Program Management organization. A Senior Cost Analyst provides cost management services, including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering. The Senior Cost Analyst supports critical and complex cost management initiatives. Responsibilities
10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis. Candidate must have experience with enterprise cost management systems. Candidate must have Transmission & Distribution experience. Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting. Experience with Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout are needed. Specific experience with Cost Engineering concepts such as project estimating, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting are also needed. Ability to develop and maintain budgets. Provide various Project information reports. Complete understanding of the Accrual Processes, invoice review, and validation are required. Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. Having ERP financial experience is preferred. This position requires self-starting skills. Excellent communication skills with proven decision-making skills and the ability to function in a large corporate environment. Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree required; preferred disciplines accounting, business administration. Experience: Minimum of seven years' Project Controls experience building and maintaining cost reports for large programs and projects. Specialized Knowledge, Certifications and Licenses: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Power BI; create clearly written communications. Benefits & Compensation
