Kroll Technologies Description We are seeking a seasoned Trade & Customs Vice President with a minimum of 6 years of experience in international trade compliance and customs advisory services. This strategic role offers the opportunity to manage client engagements, drive complex projects, and shape key decisions around customs regulations, tariff mitigation, and foreign trade zone strategies. Responsibilities include: Interpreting and applying international trade and customs laws across jurisdictions Providing guidance on import/export procedures, classification, valuation, and country-of-origin rules Developing compliance programs and conducting risk assessments Advising on FTZ setup, maintenance, and operational compliance Identifying and implementing tariff reduction strategies and duty deferral opportunities Leading cross-functional teams on client engagements and managing project scope, timelines, and resources Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and contributing to profitability Cultivating client relationships and representing the firm at industry events Qualifications: 6+ years of trade compliance experience (in-house, consulting, law firm, or accounting), with broad industry knowledge Ability to manage project timelines and budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders Deep knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and global trade practices Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with ERP systems, trade management software, or FTZ platforms is a plus Additional information: This position can be remote or hybrid and is part-time.
