This role serves as a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) administrator responsible for developing solutions or recommended courses of action to address the needs of system users, managers, and stakeholders. Duties Serve as a PMIS administrator, supporting and developing solutions for project management needs. Assist users and stakeholders in system use and troubleshooting. Develop reports and document workflow processes related to project management systems. Requirements Qualifications You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. All eligibility and qualifications must be met by the closing date of the job announcement. Specialized experience involves knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position, typically at or above the next lower grade level. GS-09:
At least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07, including working knowledge of PMIS tools (e-builder, Kahua, Aconex, Oracle Univer, ProjetTeam, or similar), assisting senior analysts, and troubleshooting system issues. GS-11:
At least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09, including broad knowledge of PMIS, providing user support and training, troubleshooting, and developing reports.
