Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a suite of projects within a company-wide Data Governance initiative. This program will focus on establishing and implementing data governance guidelines, data cleanup (specifically customer, vendor, and SKU data), and the successful setup of data lakes for various business functions. The role will require the Program Manager to pick up where an existing program left off, driving results with a cross-functional team and delivering on strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Program Leadership: Lead a large program with multiple projects and cross functional business teams • Project Management: Oversee multiple interconnected projects focused on the Quote to Cash Process • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit heads, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive results, address challenges, and ensure program success.• Hybrid Project Methodology: Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate, ensuring flexibility and structure as needed for the project and team dynamics. • Communication: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and program updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and critical decisions. • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools such as ServiceNow SPM for resource management and reporting, and Microsoft Project for planning and tracking program progress. • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues within the program, ensuring timely interventions and solutions to keep the program on track. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in program/project management with a focus on data governance, data transformation, or similar large-scale initiatives.• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, drive accountability, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.• Hybrid Project Management: Proven experience in managing programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.• Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in preparing executive-level PowerPoint decks for leadership updates.• ServiceNow SPM: Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM for project and resource management is a plus.• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.• Personality: Outspoken, extroverted, and able to lead by influence within a complex organizational structure. Preferred: - PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.- Experience working in large-scale IT or business transformation projects.- Previous experience working in environments with complex data governance needs.
