The Role Veeva seeks an experienced program manager to lead Veeva Link Workflow implementation programs at our largest global customers. This role involves guiding customer rollouts to establish clear lines of sight with key opinion leaders, working closely with Veeva’s Link Strategy, Product, and Services teams to ensure successful delivery and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Scope, establish, and lead Link Workflow rollout programs.
Develop strategic relationships with customer’s business and IT executives, defining deployment, governance, and API integration roadmaps.
Ensure successful implementation and delivery of Link Workflow projects.
Collaborate with Veeva teams to align on milestones and activities.
Manage project execution and coordinate with customer’s teams to meet milestones.
Contribute to the development of Workflow Services offerings.
Requirements
5+ years serving life sciences companies.
1+ years experience with KOL engagement processes.
Technical understanding of CRM configuration and API integrations.
Proven communication and executive skills.
Ability to gain organizational buy-in for new software tools.
Skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing without authority.
Based in North America (Eastern Time Zone) or Europe (CET), with proximity to an airport and willingness to travel (~25%).

Compensation
Base salary: $90,000 - $150,000, with potential bonuses and stock options.
