Program Manager
to lead, organize, and oversee multiple complex and interrelated IT projects. This role requires expertise in managing teams of project support personnel and coordinating with senior leadership to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions and project milestones. The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring all IT support services-including helpdesk operations, network and system administration, and enterprise application support-are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. The Program Manager will oversee activities related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of desktop hardware, software, data centers, and network infrastructure. This position requires a results-oriented professional capable of driving high-quality end-user IT support services while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, direct, and manage multiple IT projects and cross-functional teams. Organize and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Interface with senior leadership to provide project briefs, updates, and recommendations. Oversee all aspects of project performance, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track progress and performance metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, risks, and solutions. Facilitate Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies to drive project success. Ensure consistent and high-quality IT support services for desktop, data center, and network operations.
Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager managing IT programs or contracts. Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT or business-related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proven experience providing project updates and briefings to senior executives. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience implementing or working within Agile/Agile-hybrid methodologies, preferably in a public sector or enterprise environment. Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Physical and Mental Qualifications: Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours. Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard. Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes. Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
