Manage daily transaction duties including distribution processing, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and force-out determinations. Prepare and distribute census files, annual notices, and contribution reconciliations. Confirm payments and assist with accurate record maintenance for participant transactions. Contribute to data entry tasks for new plan setups and support miscellaneous operational projects. Coordinate mailings and documentation delivery with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth plan onboarding and ongoing administration.
