Lockheed Martin You will be the Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead, responsible for managing and assigning skilled engineering technicians to support engineering efforts on multiple programs. Our team is responsible for providing technical excellence and mission success across various Line of Businesses.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as performance assessment, work assignments, and salary management. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical support is provided to all program areas, staying abreast of technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing and assigning skilled engineering technicians to support engineering efforts Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training Performance assessment, work assignments, and salary management Ensuring technical support is provided to all program areas Staying abreast of technical issues and ensuring timely resolution Interfacing with functional teams of varying disciplines and key programs
