They connect siloed systems like accounting and project management tools, helping construction companies eliminate manual work, reduce errors, and improve productivity. Implementation Project Manager , you’ll lead new customer onboarding, run pre-sales demos, and help standardize and scale internal processes. You’ll collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to streamline onboarding and improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead product demos and customer discovery in partnership with Sales
Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers, serving as their main point of contact
Manage detailed implementation plans and multiple projects at once
Collaborate with engineering to reduce onboarding friction and improve tools
Create and maintain customer-facing documentation and training materials
Standardize internal processes to support onboarding at scale
Coordinate with external software vendors for joint implementations
Non-Negotiables 3–8 years of total experience
2+ years at a software company (ideally early-stage or high-growth SaaS)
1+ years in a
customer-facing
role involving external stakeholders
Hands-on experience with
B2B SaaS implementations
Strong project management and communication skills
Comfortable working on-site in
San Francisco, 5 days/week
Nice to Have Familiarity with
accounting systems
or financial workflows
Experience with
construction tech
or customers in blue-collar industries
Technical curiosity: APIs, SQL, Postman, or system integration experience
Background in consulting, banking, or high-rigor work environments
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : $110,000 – $165,000 Equity : 0.01% – 0.10% Benefits : 90% employer-paid healthcare
401(k) with a match
Daily dinner stipend & stocked kitchen
On-site gym (Peloton, Tempo, squat rack)
Relocation bonus if outside SF
Visa sponsorship available (H1B, TN, etc.)
Location In-person, San Francisco, CA This role is fully onsite, 5 days/week. Occasional remote work is permitted for travel or personal needs.
