Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Projects - $100k - Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle project management and estimating on commercial projects ($1M-$7M typical range) Coordinate with architects, owners, and consultants during design-build phases Lead and mentor a Project Engineer/Assistant PM Manage subcontractor scopes, scheduling, and budgets using Procore Develop accurate cost estimates and participate in client proposals and presentations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
