PASE Assist the Office manager with assigned tasks Maintain a clean and professional office presentation. Collect, store, and distribute incoming packages. Check, collect, and distribute daily mail. Order, track, and maintain office supplies and break room snacks. Maintain required compliance and license posters; ensure they are up-to-date and properly displayed. Support partners and vendors with company events. Answer the door and coordinate external visits. Schedule and assist with office support vendors as needed. Interact with office staff provide general admin support as needed. Interact with office staff to provide general admin support as needed. Coordinate required maintenance and facility improvements with the landlord property management.
Support designated Project manager(s) with administrative functions and processes. Issue Client invoiced in a timely manner. Manage work-in-progress (WIP) for projects. Track and manage subconsultant and project-related expenses. Issue recurring reports to Project Managers(s). Maintain accurate and updated records of clients and projects. Assist with invoice collections. Assist with Accounts Receivable function.
Description

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of project billing experience. Strong attention to detail. Clear and professional communication and writing skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently. Knowledge in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Cloud environment. Seniority level
