Project Manager/Business Analyst (AI focused):
On behalf of our Operations - Services Marketing and banking Ops client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Business Analyst (AI focused) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's New York, NY office.
Project Manager/Business Analyst (AI focused) - Job Description: The Project Manager/Business Analyst will work on strategic initiatives within the Data & Regulatory Operations, focusing on leveraging AI to enhance business processes. This role involves both project management and business analysis to drive efficiency and innovation.
Project Manager/Business Analyst (AI focused) - Responsibilities: •Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards •Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management plans •Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any roadblocks or issues •Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document review •Develop a comprehensive operational strategy for leveraging generative AI to improve efficiency, automation, and innovation
Project Manager/Business Analyst (AI focused) - Mandatory Skills: •Extensive experience in business analysis and project management roles, specifically within the Data domain •Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance •Proven track record in evaluating process performance and reengineering processes for improvement •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis •Minimum 10 years of experience
Project Manager/Business Analyst (AI focused) - Nice-to-Have Skills: •Exposure to AI in the workplace •Experience in designing business process models •Ability to manage complex and variable issues •Strong problem-solving skills •Excellent communication skills
