As the Project Manager/Estimator - Demolition Project Exp - Kittery ME you will: Support and manage demolition/environmental projects from preconstruction through closeout Perform takeoffs, create estimates, and assist in bid proposals Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling Work closely with senior leadership, including the SPM and leadership partner for the environmental division Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and communication MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful Project Manager/Estimator will have: Experience in demolition, asbestos abatement, or sitework required Open to a wide range of experience levels (junior to senior) Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Procore is preferred Must be commutable to Kittery, ME What's on Offer
The Project Manager/Estimator will receive: Compensation up to $95K - $125K+ (commensurate with experience) Full Medical & Dental Package (100% for individuals) PTO & 401k match
