Project Manager
with proven experience in digital advertising and pharmaceutical marketing to join our growing team. This role will lead the day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multichannel campaigns and digital initiatives for top pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with our review processes. Essential Job Functions: Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management of digital marketing initiatives including websites, banners, CRM/email campaigns, Healthcare Professionals' (HCP) portals, social media, and digital sales aids. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resourcing, risk logs, and budgets. Act as the day-to-day lead across internal creative, strategy, account, development, and QA teams. Client and Regulatory Collaboration: Partner with client teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and scope. Guide projects through implementation to project completion Manage communication and feedback cycles between client, internal teams, and external vendors. Financial & Operational Oversight: Monitor project profitability and manage scope creep through effective change management processes. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed in accordance with client and agency expectations. Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and escalate risks proactively. Meets deadlines, manages timelines and budgets with precision, and ensures all deliverables are completed to the highest quality standards. Demonstrates reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in managing client expectations and agency deliverables. Technical or Role-Specific Expertise Brings working knowledge of digital project delivery across platforms such as websites, CRM/email campaigns, HCP portals, banners, and social media. Proficient in project management platforms such as , Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools. Familiar with MLR review processes in pharmaceutical marketing. Experience managing both HCP and DTC campaigns is a strong asset. PMP or Agile certification is preferred. Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of digital project management experience, ideally in an agency setting. Experience working in pharmaceutical marketing preferred. Strong grasp of digital deliverables and the ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects across workstreams. Experience working in cross-functional teams including creative, dev, UX, strategy, and QA. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., , Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience working on both HCP and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) campaigns. Background in omnichannel delivery or integrated agency environments.
