We are a fast-paced, high-volume remodeling contractor serving Broward and Palm Beach Counties, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from initial site measurements through final completion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing multiple projects while maintaining excellent client communication and job site oversight.
Key Responsibilities: •Manage day-to-day operations of multiple kitchen and bathroom remodels •Perform accurate on-site measurements and help translate project scopes into actionable plans •Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries •Ensure jobs stay on track, on time, and within budget •Maintain regular communication with clients and resolve issues promptly •Oversee job site progress, cleanliness, safety, and quality control •Track project status, schedules, and documentation using construction management tools and CRM platforms •Complete final walkthroughs and ensure punch lists are resolved efficiently Requirements: •5+ years of experience in residential remodeling project management (kitchen & bath focus preferred) •Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes specific to Broward and Palm Beach Counties •Proficient in using CRM systems and digital project management tools •Ability to read blueprints and construction documents and take detailed field measurements •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred: •Background in carpentry or construction trades •OSHA certification or equivalent •Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Work Environment:This is a field-based position with regular travel to residential job sites throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Must be confident managing multiple active projects and interacting directly with clients, crews, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
