Position Summary: The

Senior Project Manager (SPM)

will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large warehouse and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing project teams, budgets, client relationships, schedules, and subcontractor performance from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction projects valued $10M–$100M+, focusing on large warehouses, distribution centers, and tilt-wall facilities. Manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders to ensure financial targets are met. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones. Oversee scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project logistics. Conduct risk assessments and ensure quality control and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other junior team members. Prepare and present project progress reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction, with at least 5 years in a project management or senior-level role. Proven experience managing ground-up warehouse or industrial projects (100,000–1,000,000+ SF). Strong knowledge of construction methods, project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Experience with tilt-wall, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), and fast-track construction methods. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA 30 and PMP certification are a plus.
