Owners Rep - Solar Commercial Projects
We are seeking a dedicated owners rep with a solid experience in commercial solar construction to oversee and manage various projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely completion of all scopes of work, while effectively managing subcontractors on site. Responsibilities
Be present on the ground to oversee all construction activities. Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met. Oversee the installation of commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Ensure the timely completion of all scopes of work in line with project deadlines. Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in solar construction management, ideally commercial builds. Proficiency in solar construction planning, and management. Experience in solar installation management. Working knowledge in Procore & MS Project Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
