Maintenance Director Location: Sterling Heights - 38200 Schoenherr Rd., Sterling Heights, MI, 48312 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations at our facility in Sterling Heights. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications: - 2 Years previous experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
