What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage the implementation of an enterprise-wide contact center project - Lead multi-team project management efforts to ensure successful project delivery - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and communication - Develop and manage project delivery documentation, focusing on formal project lifecycle and SDLC - Stay current with IT and healthcare technology trends to inform project strategies
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of formal project leadership experience across various project lifecycle methodologies - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for specific technologies or disciplines - Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage change in high-pressure environments - Proficiency in project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or CA Clarity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - PMP certification is preferred, but not required - Experience in healthcare IT delivery, preferably within small or critical access hospitals - Strong analytical skills to identify problems and propose effective solutions - Ability to maintain PMI certification through industry involvement - Demonstrated skills in relationship management and conflict resolution
